Working within Customer Services for over 20 years and within the Promotions, Gifts & Incentives industry for over 10 years I know how important the Customer values, Quality product - keen prices - first class service - progress updates - quick reactions times – efficient after sales.  Some Customers know what they want whilst others are open to suggestions.  I pride myself upon the fact that the customer is always first within the process.  I understand that every Customer is different and why there is of course an importance of knowing the Customer, their likes and dislikes. 

I believe that the highest quality product and excellent customer service is key in any industry.  I value getting to know our extensive list of trusted suppliers as well as welcoming new ones to ensure quality product at the best prices. I aim to build my knowledge of their product, lead times and for them to understand me and desires of the Customer, this helps define long term sound relationships for all parties.

Advertising and marketing is individual for all but needs to be at the right level, at the right time and always professional.  I wanted to form a Company where I could use my skills and experience to give Customers a friendly voice at the end of the phone talking through their needs to give them exactly what they want.  I formed my Company with the Customer in mind, valuing the importance of helping improve Brand awareness, have their Name continually noticeable and make their ‘LogoBrite’.
